Revive the church.

Reach the city.

Renew the culture.

Church on the Square Georgetown is a non-denominational, Christ-led church with a mission to renew the culture.

We welcome those of all backgrounds and beliefs to come learn more of the unadulterated word of God as we strive to not only grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ ourselves, but to take His word out into a world which may know His name and of His love, but not the freedom, peace and assurance He desires for them.

Church Leadership.

  • Bradley Helgerson (elder/pastor)

Since his dramatic conversion from agnosticism at age 33, Bradley Helgerson has been dedicated to the proclamation of the gospel. Both in the pulpit and on the pages of Christian journals, he has pleaded not only for reconciliation between God and his fallen creation, but for doctrinal rapprochement within Christendom.

As Minister of the Word, he loves having a front row seat to the spectacle of God's salvation, witnessing the revitalizing effects of redemption: the oppressed liberated, the blind given sight, and the poor made prosperous.

Bradley and his wife Pamela have five children and live in a fixer-upper in Old Town.

  • Darren Thomas (elder)

Converted in his early 30s, Darren has been a believer for over 40 years. He currently serves as treasurer and board president for Church on the Square.

Now a retired engineer, Darren was previously Vice President and General Manager of the multi-billion-dollar Flash Memory Division at Micron Inc. He also served as Vice President and GM of storage services at Dell Technologies and 15 years prior to that at Compaq Computer Corporation. He is a former officer and pilot in the U.S. Air Force.

Along with his faithful wife Judy, he has 2 children who are faithful church members, as well as several grandchildren.

  • Brandon Hall (elder)
